Best advice you’ve ever received, and do you actually follow it?

"Don’t let anyone dull your sparkle.”

Absolutely. I believe in staying true to who you are, protecting your energy and maintaining a positive outlook, regardless of the circumstances.

What’s (still) on your bucket list?

To climb one of the world’s highest peaks. I love challenging myself and setting goals that push me beyond my comfort zone.

What impact are you hoping to make through your work?

Continuing to lead my business with the values that define me: Trust, Integrity, Energy and Results.

My focus is never simply on selling the most properties. It is about achieving the best possible result for each individual client. By combining strategic advice, strong negotiation, market knowledge and exceptional communication, I aim to create an experience where clients feel confident, informed and genuinely supported.

Ultimately, success for me is seeing my clients achieve outcomes that exceed their expectations.

Favourite local restaurant, and what are you ordering?

Anywhere there is a view, good company and great service. Bathers Coogee, in the sun and peppermint tea.

If you could sit with any woman for a long lunch, who would it be and what would you ask?

Gail Kelly former CEO Westpac. I would love to hear about the lessons she has learned throughout her career, the challenges that have shaped her, and how she has navigated adversity and continued to grow as a leader

What helps you get into your best work zone?

Starting the day with a breath work, meditation then swim around Wedding Cake Island at Coogee is one of my favourite ways to reset and energise.

I also value protecting my energy and maintaining strong boundaries. Creating the right environment allows me to stay focused, positive and perform at my best.

Music is always on in the car, office and in between calls.

You can only pack three things in your handbag. What’s coming with you?

My headphones, my phone for the music, and a lipstick.

Music keeps me energised and the lipstick ensures I’m always ready for whatever the day brings.

What book or podcast has made an impact on your business?

Discover Worlds Within by Marie Louise, who is also my coach and a close friend.

It has had a significant impact on me personally and professionally, encouraging greater self-awareness, perspective and personal growth.

What’s something people may be surprised to learn about you?

I ran the New York Marathon 10 years ago. Best day of my life.

What are you excited about next?

Taking some time to recharge and enjoy a holiday. I believe maintaining balance is essential to bringing your best energy to both work and life.
