Eligibility for membership and annual renewal is based on attending three or more events within the calendar year, or through a valued contribution to the Collabor8Women network.

Gold Access is an annual membership offering that elevates the Collabor8Women experience through more personalised connections. It provides priority access to all events, personalised opportunities and added-value experiences.
In 2025, we surveyed our community and learned that the majority wanted priority access, closer connection and thoughtful benefits beyond the table. Gold Access brings that together in one considered membership.
Gold Access is designed for professional women who value enhanced access, thoughtful curation and meaningful opportunities beyond our curated table of eight format. It’s not for everyone - that’s the point. It is exclusive and curated by us, for you.
No. Gold Access offers benefits and perks you can enjoy personally, with friends, colleagues or with your team. Our venue partner offers include restaurants we trust, along with surprise-and-delight invitations and offers that add value throughout the year. It also offers member-exclusive events, designed to vary in format and experience. You choose what to make time for.
Gold Access includes priority booking for events, one complimentary ticket to a Signature or Gold Access event, exclusive invitations to select ticketed experiences, curated venue partner benefits, opportunities to showcase your expertise or business, and opportunities to learn, connect and be visible within the Collabor8Women community.
Gold Access events are ticketed separately, and payable in addition to the membership fee. From time to time, members may receive a complimentary invitation to participate in a Gold Access experience.
Gold Access members can access exclusive perks and added-value benefits from Collabor8Women’s trusted Venue Partners, including restaurants, hotels and hospitality spaces we work closely with.
A Signature Event is a lunch or dinner held on the first Wednesday of the month. It’s free to subscribe to be invited. Gold Access is designed to complement our larger lunches and dinners, and participation is not dependent on attending Signature events.
You’ll receive a digital pass via email, which can be added to your digital wallet. Venue Partners may scan or sight your pass on arrival to validate your membership. Booking requirements vary by venue. In some cases, you’ll deal directly with venue partner management, who will personally attend to your VIP booking. You’ll receive regular communications directly via email, including a Gold Access newsletter, personal invitations and opportunities to communicate with other Gold Access members. You will have private access to the Members Lounge - a place on our website dedicated to keeping you informed of what’s coming up.
These are bespoke, invitation-only sessions designed to inform, inspire and support professional confidence, profile and business outcomes. They are available exclusively to Gold Access members. The 2026 program includes at least two member-only workshops, with topics shaped by feedback from our annual survey.
Gold Access provides eligibility and consideration for select opportunities. Invitations are offered from time to time, based on fit, relevance and availability.
Your Gold Access membership is valid for 12 months from activation. Restaurant offers are valid from 1st February through to the 30th November each calendar year. Terms and conditions apply to individual offers.
