  • Samantha Theron is Co-Founder of Collabor8Women and Global Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising at R.M.Williams. With more than 20 years' experience in luxury retail and international brand management, including senior leadership roles with PRADA across Australia and Southeast Asia. On her return home to Aussie soil, Sam wanted to create a more meaningful way for professional women to connect, share ideas and build valuable business relationships.

  • Karen is the founder of PR and publicity agency eckfactor. She loves a good lunch, invigorating conversation and an opportunity to meet new and interesting business people. She co-founded Collabor8Women to get out of the home office and connect with great minds over good food.

    Karen is the Founder and Presenter of The Power of Visibility, designed to help professionals raise their profile for business success and to enable organisations to create an effective culture of visibility.

Collabor8Women was an idea that came about from wanting to get all these incredible women I was meeting together in the same room. To ignite ideas, to spark interesting conversations while enjoying incredible food and hospitality.
