Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
Collabor8Women refers to Collabor8Women Pty Ltd (ABN 436 866 46355).
Collabor8Women Member means a person who has registered free to receive communications and invitations to attend Collabor8Women events. A Collabor8Women Member may invite a non-member as a plus-one, subject to availability.
Gold Access Member means a Collabor8Women Member who has purchased a Gold Access Membership which provides access to additional benefits and privileges during the Membership Term.
Gold Access Founding Member means a Gold Access Member who purchased their Gold Access Membership during the initial period in 2026 where Gold Access Membership was offered.
Membership Term means a fixed twelve (12) month period of Membership from activation, being the date the Membership fee is paid in full.
Benefits means the access, invitations, partner offers and experiences made available to Gold Access Members from time to time.
2. Membership Overview
Gold Access is a premium, limited-capacity membership curated by Collabor8Women.
By purchasing Gold Access, a Gold Access Member acknowledges that they are committing to the full Membership Term, subject only to the cancellation rights set out in these Terms or as required by law.
The number of Gold Access Memberships is limited and set by Collabor8Women for each Membership year. Once capacity is reached, eligible guests may be invited to join a waitlist. Membership is offered by invitation and subject to eligibility.
For the avoidance of doubt, Foundation Membership recognises the cohort of initial Gold Access Members. It does not confer or provide any additional benefits outside that of Gold Access Member benefits.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Gold Access Membership is available by invitation only.
3.2 Eligibility to join Gold Access requires attendance at a minimum of three (3) Collabor8Women Signature events to date.
3.3 Collabor8Women reserves the right to assess eligibility and extend invitations at its discretion, acting reasonably.
4. Membership Term
4.1 Gold Access Memberships are purchased for a fixed term of twelve (12) months commencing on the date of activation, being the date the Membership fee is paid in full.
4.2 Membership is only valid once the Membership fee is paid in full.
4.3 Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or required by law, Memberships can be cancelled at any time through the Membership Term without refund.
5. Renewal
5.1 Eligibility to renew Gold Access may be contingent on active participation during the Membership Term, defined as attendance at a minimum of three (3) Signature or Gold Access events, as reasonably assessed by Collabor8Women.
5.2 Where a member is deemed ineligible for renewal, Collabor8Women will notify the Member prior to the renewal date.
5.3 Your Gold Access Membership will renew for a further twelve (12) month term unless cancelled by the Member in accordance with these Terms.
5.4 Renewals are charged at the standard Gold Access Membership price, unless otherwise offered by Collabor8Women.
5.5 Eligible Gold Access Members will receive between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days’ written notice prior to renewal, including details of the renewal fee and how to cancel.
5.6 Failure to cancel prior to the renewal date will result in automatic renewal and charging of the applicable Membership fee.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Founding Gold Access Memberships are offered for a limited time and at the discretion of Collabor8Women.
6.2 The Gold Access Founding Membership fee is AUD$995*, inclusive of GST, and any booking or payment processing fees incurred by Collabor8Women.
*This fee is valid for 72 hours from launch from the official launch date, as communicated by Collabor8Women.
6.3 A non-refundable administration and booking fee of AUD$99 is included within the Gold Access Membership fee. This amount reflects booking, payment processing and administrative costs incurred by Collabor8Women and is not charged in addition to the Membership fee.
6.4 Once expired, the launch Gold Access Foundation Membership offer will not be reinstated.
6.5 The 2026 Standard Gold Access Membership pricing applies outside the Founding Membership launch offer and is AUD$1,395, inclusive of GST and any booking or payment processing fees incurred by Collabor8Women.
6.6 Collabor8Women reserves the right to vary conditions of this offer at any time.
6.7 Collabor8Women’s decision is final, acting reasonably and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This offer is from Collabor8Women Pty Ltd.
7. Use of Membership
7.1 Gold Access Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named at the time of purchase.
7.2 Memberships are personal and are not transferable to a business, company, team or other individual.
7.3 Membership benefits may not be shared, sold or transferred.
7.4 Gold Access Memberships may be purchased by a third party on behalf of another individual, including an employer, assistant or business. In all cases, the Membership is issued to, and may only be used by, the individual named at the time of purchase.
7.5 Payment of the Membership fee does not confer any Membership rights on the purchaser unless they are also the named individual Gold Access Member. The Membership may not be transferred, reassigned or controlled by the purchaser once issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Collabor8Women.
8. Cooling-Off Period
8.1 Gold Access Members may cancel their Membership within seven (7) days of purchase (“Cooling-Off Period”) by providing written notice to Collabor8Women.
8.2 If cancellation occurs within the Cooling-Off Period, Membership fees paid will be refunded less the non-refundable administration and booking fee of AUD$99, which reflects booking, payment processing and administrative costs incurred by Collabor8Women.
8.3 After the Cooling-Off Period expires, Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in these Terms.
9. Change of Mind and Voluntary Early Exit
9.1 Except during the Cooling-Off Period, a change of mind does not entitle a Gold Access Member to receive a refund.
9.2 Where a Gold Access Member voluntarily elects to exit their Membership early outside the limited circumstances set out in clause 10, no refund (full or pro-rata) will be provided.
9.3 In the event of early exit, the Membership will cease and the Membership place will revert to Collabor8Women, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Early Termination (Limited Circumstances)
In the following limited circumstances, Collabor8Women may, acting reasonably, suspend the Membership or terminate the Membership and provide a pro-rata refund for unused full months, less a reasonable administration fee*:
a) Medical Incapacity – where the Gold Access Member is unable to reasonably participate in Membership benefits for a continuous period of three (3) months or more, supported by medical evidence.
b) Permanent Relocation – where the Gold Access Member permanently relocates more than 200km from Sydney CBD and is unable to reasonably access Membership benefits.
*Any administration fee will reflect reasonable costs incurred and will not exceed 10% of the pro-rata refund amount.
11. Use of Benefits
11.1 No refunds, credits or extensions are provided for partial use of the Membership, unused or unredeemed benefits, missed events or invitations, or periods of non-participation during the Membership Term.
11.2 Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
11.3 Collabor8Women reserves the right to cancel or change venues, partners, dates, speakers or formats of events and benefits where reasonably necessary.
11.4 Gold Access events are ticketed unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable to other Gold Access Members. You will need to provide their name and Membership number to Collabor8Women.
11.5 This does not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Gold Access Foundation Member Benefits
12.1 Gold Access Member-only invitations. Gold Access events are only for Membership holders and are not transferable.
12.2 Priority Access. Gold Access Members are granted exclusive priority access to purchase tickets during a 24-hour pre-sale period for all Signature events, prior to tickets being released to the broader Collabor8Women community.
Priority access applies only within the designated pre-sale window. Tickets are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
If a Gold Access Member does not purchase tickets within the pre-sale period, they may purchase tickets during the general release, subject to availability.
12.3 Complimentary ticket to an exclusive Gold Access Founding Member-only event. Redeemable only for the scheduled event on Thursday, March 19, 2026. May not be used for another Collabor8Women event. Not transferable.
12.4 Complimentary Signature* event ticket. May be redeemed for one Signature event. Members will be given a personal code to be applied at ticket purchase check-out. Not transferable.
*A Signature event is any event that is not Gold Access.
12.5 Connections Concierge*. A Gold Access Member will receive one introduction (via email or in person) during the period of the Membership year, to another Collabor8Women Member, as facilitated by the Collabor8Women team. This introduction is based on the information provided by the Member with respect to their professional goals.
*Collabor8Women does not guarantee outcomes arising from any introduction.
13. Partner Offers
13.1 Gold Access benefits may include offers provided by third-party partners.
13.2 Collabor8Women does not control, and is not responsible for, the goods, services or availability of third-party offers.
14. Community Standards
Collabor8Women reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Gold Access Membership, without refund, where a Member engages in behaviour that is unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing or inconsistent with the values of the Collabor8Women community.
15. Force Majeure
Collabor8Women is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
16. Communications
By purchasing a Gold Access Membership, Members consent to receive communications relating to their Membership.
17. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Collabor8Women at hello@Collabor8Women.com.
Cancellations take effect only once confirmed in writing by Collabor8Women and, in the case of renewals, must be received prior to the renewal date to avoid renewal charges.
18. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
These Terms apply equally to Gold Access Members and Gold Access Founding Members unless expressly stated otherwise.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to Gold Access Membership.
