Elle Lovelock is one of Australia's leading interior design and lifestyle editors, with more than two decades of experience shaping how Australians think about their homes, design and lifestyle. As Editor-in-Chief of Home Beautiful, she leads the editorial vision across print, digital and video content, identifying emerging trends, uncovering new talent and translating design innovation into ideas that resonate with everyday consumers.
Elle previously led Real Living and contributed to titles including Belle, Australian House & Garden and Australian Gourmet Traveller.
Dr Sarah McKay
Neuroscientist and science communicator
An Oxford University graduate, Sarah earned her MSc and DPhil in neuroscience before moving to Australia for postdoctoral research in neuroplasticity, spinal cord injury and hearing loss. She later founded Think Brain, a science education company devoted to making neuroscience clear, practical and deeply human.
Sarah has presented for ABC Catalyst, delivered a TEDx talk, and been featured in publications including The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian and Australian Women’s Weekly, as well as podcasts and broadcasts such as The Mel Robbins Podcast, SBS Insight and ABC Radio National. She has also spoken on stages ranging from Business Chicks to TikTok HQ.
She is the author of three books on brain health, including The Women’s Brain Book, Baby Brain and Brain Health For Dummies.

Wine is in Callie’s blood; her family has been in the industry for almost 5 decades. School holidays were spent travelling to Champagne or Tuscany and weekends were filled with family and friends gathered around lavish tables set with great wine, food and laughter.
After first exploring a career as a chef Callie decided that she wanted to be sitting at the table and sharing the fruits of her labour alongside smiles and great stories rather than back of house in the weeds; the rest is history.
Some of that history includes a bachelor in wine science from CSU, vintages in Italy, France and California along with some good old fashioned grunt work earning her chops at De Bortoli in the Yarra Valley.
Callie was a finalist for the Australian Women in Wine Awards and the Young Gun of Wine awards, achieved a 5-star Halliday rating, and has been invited to judge at the Victorian and Yarra Valley wine shows.
Guests will be invited to explore an immersive scent bar, with a curated gift to take home.
