Our inaugural Collabor8Women NEXTGEN event is designed to bridge that gap, connecting women entering the workforce with established professionals who can share experience, perspective and practical advice.
We’re taking you to Glass Brasserie at Hilton Sydney, where Head Chef Natalie Murphy and her team will set the scene for an evening of great food and an inspiring mix of women at different stages of their careers.
Invite a NEXTGEN guest to bring with you who would benefit from being in the room, or come on your own and help open the door to a network they’re just beginning to build.
NEXTGEN is about creating the opportunity for conversations that might not otherwise happen.

Frewioni Baume
Beekeeper, Environmental Advocate
Frewoini's country childhood hobby grew into a career protecting one of agriculture's most vital species. A scholarship took her across the Pacific working on parasitic mites in honeybees.
Now crowned 2026 Queen of Casino Beef Week, she's championing the opportunities agriculture offers and the richness of regional life.
At NEXTGEN, Frewoini shares her "Plan Bee", the people and work driving her commitment to positive social and environmental impact.

Natalie Murphy
Head Chef, Glass Brasserie
Natalie started at Glass Brasserie at 19 years old, working her way up to Head Pastry Chef before being named Chef de Cuisine in January 2024.
Her love of cooking began in her parents' kitchen, baking alongside her dad, a passion that still shows in her simple, produce-led approach to food today.
At NEXTGEN Natalie will share her hospitality journey and the inspiration for the evening's bespoke menu.
Maddy Massy
Science communicator, TV presenter
Maddie Massey started in the lab, hunting for bacteria trapped in Antarctic ice, studying gut parasites (yes, as gross as it sounds) and investigating tumour growth.
Now she's a science communicator and presenter, connecting people, especially the next generation, with the science behind everyday life, on Play School, Sunrise, ABC Radio and to 70,000 followers online.
At NEXTGEN, Maddie shares the best advice she's received, what first sparked her love of science, and the pivotal turn that took her from lab bench to screen.
